Dr. Carol Wildhagen is a physician and an experienced expert in SaaS and AI within the healthcare sector. For over a decade, she has helped shape the digital health landscape in Germany and Europe as a founder, investor, and senior executive.
Following her clinical practice and roles at the Boston Consulting Group and the World Economic Forum, she founded a successful digital health startup in 2016, developing AI-based solutions for the pharmaceutical and MedTech industries. She later served as Managing Director of the German division of Platform24, a leading provider of telemedicine software.
Today, as Director DACH at Tandem Health, she oversees operations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Her goal is to tangibly relieve physicians of administrative burdens through AI-powered documentation and to help medical centers and hospitals reclaim time for patient care.
